Contexte — UI rattachement enfants (parent et AM)

Valable depuis la fiche parent (rattacher / détacher un enfant), la fiche AM (enfants accueillis) et la fiche enfant (choix d'une AM).

Réf. doc : 28_EVOLUTION-FAMILLE-ET-RESPONSABLES.md.

UX des pickers : #146 (sélection enfant pour AM), #147 (sélection AM pour enfant).
UI dashboard admin/gestionnaire pour gérer les liens parent ↔ enfant.

Liste enfants dans fiche parent (#138)
Bouton « Rattacher un enfant » (sélection dans liste globale)
Détacher depuis fiche parent (icône link_off + confirmation)
Clic enfant → fiche enfant (#138)
Création enfant depuis fiche parent (dépend #129)
