fix(#92): activer endpoint GET /gestionnaires (note backend)

- UserModule: importer GestionnairesModule
- GestionnairesModule: importer AuthModule (AuthGuard/JwtService)
- user_service: appeler /gestionnaires au lieu de /users + filtre
