[Frontend] Adapter �cran Choix Inscription pour mobile

Ticket compl�t�. Impl�mentation : layout responsive mobile/desktop, ChoiceCardWidget, bouton Pr�c�dent stylis�. Merge sur develop puis squash sur master (commit fd97e68).
