📝 Description

Créer la table configuration pour stocker les paramètres système (SMTP, app, sécurité).

✅ Tâches

  • Créer table configuration (clé/valeur/type/catégorie)
  • Créer index sur cle et categorie
  • Seed valeurs par défaut (SMTP localhost, ports, etc.)
  • Créer migration Prisma
  • Tester migration
