📝 Description

Amender le Cahier des Charges pour supprimer la mention des notifications SMS (pas de plus-value identifiée).

✅ Tâches

  • Modifier CDC Section 3.1.6 (Notifications parent)
  • Modifier CDC Section 3.2.5 (Notifications AM)
  • Remplacer "Email OU SMS" par "Email"
  • Supprimer toute mention de SMS
  • Incrémenter version → v1.4
  • Ajouter changelog : "Suppression notifications SMS (Email uniquement)"
