feat(#173): layout bulles unifié, sac_lapin, statut Validé/Refusé

Icône absence aquarelle, calendrier teinté à la volée, encres par
famille de couleur, modales congés clarifiées, et libellé Validé/Refusé
dans la barre d’actions une fois la demande traitée.
