feat(#171): API couples-garde AM (liste + courant)

Symétrique #168 : GET/PUT /assistantes-maternelles/me/couples-garde
avec parents[] pour le bandeau enfant|foyer. Colonne
id_placement_garde_courant sur assistantes_maternelles.
