feat: Intégration du backend NestJS depuis YNOV

- Framework: NestJS avec TypeORM
- Authentification: JWT (access + refresh tokens)
- Gestion utilisateurs: CRUD complet avec validation
- Routes: auth, users, parents, assistantes maternelles
- Dockerfile pour conteneurisation
